- I have a SQBM1000P Triband 6/2/70 Vertical (SO239) mounted on the top section and this mast holds it steady in most weather conditions. The mast is attached to the shed and not in use, I retract it so that the vertical base is just above roof height, approx 9Ft above ground level. I have had to superglue the brass threaded inserts into the plastic holding rings as they came out whilst I was tightening the locking screws - probably ok for occasional portable use. I have been very pleased with this mast and have just ordererd the 33Ft version, to mount another vertical. I have found MoonRaker, in my previous dealings with them, to have great customer service, with regards to advice, quality of merchandise, value for money, communication and delivery.
